    EXPERIMENTAL R&D PROJECT

    The project was developped from scratch up to the field application and provided the analytical model of Torque Control Element of the PDC drill bit. The work stages included the invention of an experimental support, prototyping, fabrication follow up, experimental program development and realisation.

    Starting with research experience in directional drilling modelling I acquired 15 years practices in petroleum industry in different engineering fields such as offshore structures, directional drilling, drill bit engineering, software development, etc. My engineering experience compiled with scientific skills allowed me to reach a new level of independent R&D consultant and to lead a wide range of projects with strong emphase on development of innovative tools and new technics in modelling and simulation of oil&gas and geothermal drilling processes.
